LifeHeal Immersive – 3 Days In Glastonbury To Design Your Year

Join us for three deeply nourishing days of workshops, meditation, sound therapy, creative play and soul work – designed to reset your energy and help you step into 2026 with clarity, purpose and joy.

We’ll be gathering in the heart of Glastonbury (often called the world’s heart chakra), a place that seems to amplify every intention. Together we’ll vision the year ahead across body, mind, spirit and soul and release what no longer belongs to you.

Day 1: Arrivals, meditation, our Lifestyle Design method, tarot channelling, hot chocolate & conscious conversation.

Day 2: Manifestation practices, exploring anxiety & mindfulness, a sound journey with handpan, and intuitive abstract art (yes, paint-splattered joy encouraged).

Day 3: Walking the Tor with intention, mastering the “second arrow” of the mind, closing circle with gratitude, and a celebratory dinner together at Queen of Cups.

Every workshop is optional –  this is your journey. Take what you need, skip what you don’t.
