Join Sam from LifeHeal for a deeply restorative evening, weaving together sound, meditation, and gentle energy healing to help you unwind, rebalance, and reconnect.

Sam is passionate about natural healthcare and holds a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Health. As a trained Sound Practitioner and Sound Therapy Teacher, she brings both expertise and heart into each session, creating a safe, nurturing space for your mind and body to heal.

Alongside these group sessions, Sam offers a Holistic Healing practice at The Lounge in Street, providing an integrated approach to wellbeing through a range of therapies.
