How To Create More Love In Your Life
Love is the new currency in this new Age Of Aquarius.
People will ask, not how much did you earn? But, how much love did you give and receive?
People will respect you not for how successful you are in your career, but how good you are at loving unconditionally.
When you create enough love within yourself, this vibration will flow out of you and will infect everyone around you. It’s the only virus we’re interested in, and it spreads faster than any other on the planet. How many people can you infect today?
Each of us has a purpose, and it really is this simple.
Here are some ways to create more love in your life.
Start with yourself. Go to the nearest mirror and say I love you, and mean it. Repeat every day.
Now go to your phone and call or message or visit someone and tell them you love them. Tell someone different each day.
Do something kind for a stranger, for no other reason other than to spread love. Don’t post about it on social media.
Get a pet and love them the way they love you. Only get a pet if you CAN love them the way they love you.
Get out into nature and appreciate the beauty in one flower or leaf. Then on one petal or part of the leaf. Go as tiny as you can, and then gradually pan back out. Isn’t the world amazing?
Cook something slowly. Pour love into each part of the cooking process, and then eat consciously. Tomorrow, do the same, but invite someone to share your creation with.
Keep a gratitude journal. Be grateful for three different things each day. Take this practise into a group setting and encourage group gratitude sharing.
Give someone distance reiki or send prayers.
Be truthful with people. Speak from the heart and with love. If you can’t speak with love, don’t speak.
Meditate and focus on your heart chakra.
Give someone a compliment each day. Gradually build up to giving several compliments each day
