Awaken Your Soul

We will mentor you through this spiritual awakening course, creating a strong foundation for your progression through the rest of the Spiritual Diploma.

Introduction to Journaling

Journaling will become a regular spiritual practise, as you advance through the Spiritual Diploma this journaling practise will eventually progress into written channeling which will become a resourceful guide you can use daily.

Introduction to Meditation

Even if you struggle with meditation, Sam will mentor you in different ways you can incorporate meditation into your life. Meditation shouldn’t be hard; not all of us have time to sit for hours on end. We will teach you how to achieve a deep meditative state anywhere which will enable you to experience the many benefits of medititation.

Heart Coherence

A great way to calm anxieties, reset the body, and raise your vibration. It is difficult to continue on a spiritual path without learning how to use your heart. There is a  multitude of science which tells us how powerful our hearts are. Once you learn to activate and master yours, you will experience powerful changes in your life.

Reiki I & Attunement

We will mentor your through your accredited online Reiki I course.  A personal attunement via FaceTime and a Reiki I certificate is included.  Learning Reiki is an incredible experience. We teach the ancient philosophies around this fascinating healing modality and show you how to activate energy in your own body.

Five Energy Bodies

We will guide you through the five energy bodies which creates the basis for self healing and healing others. We are more than just a physical body; we think and feel, as well as having a spirit.  The five energy bodies are similar to a layered cake, each layer vital to the health of the other, all working in a synergistic way to achieve homeostasis (balance) in our bodies.

Healing The Physical

Sam (BSC Hons Integrative Health) will guide you in the basics of how you can clean up your internal environment and begin to experience better physical health. As you journey on your spiritual path, you will come to a point where you can no longer tolerate foods, environments, alcohol etc the way you used to. This is due to the vibration of your cells increasing – each of the trillions of cells in our bodies are trying to ascend and cannot tolerate lower frequency substances. Detoxing is vital at this stage and doesn’t have to be a chore.  We have a healing detox which gently, yet powerfully cleanses all your organs and cells leaving them ready for higher frequencies.

Self Healing

An introduction in how you can begin to heal yourself. Self care is important and learning to implement daily practises, rituals and time for for you will become extremely grounding.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a core foundation of healing your relationships and your emotional body, we will guide you in techniques that will help you do this. Forgiveness isn’t always about forgiving others, it can be about forgiving yourself too!  There is plenty of science on the efficacy of forgiving and how it works. We will talk you through this and teach you how to bring this in to your life.

Soulmates & Purpose of Relationships

Relationships are a key part of the 3D experience.  This week we will cover the purpose of relationships to your growth.  Every single person in your life is there to teach you something – to hold up a mirror and show you what you need to work on. Each person, positive or negative, is a gift.  We will teach you how to tap into your relationships and use them to assist your spiritual growth.

Empath:  Lifting The Veil

We will guide you through our signature course developed for empaths. If you have ever felt like you don’t fit in and no matter what you do you just feel different from everyone, or perhaps you feel like you can ‘feel’ everything around you to the point you feel overwhelmed and anxious most of the time.  You may also feel like you have something bigger to do on this planet but no idea what it is…. if this resonates, you maybe an empath.  In this course we help you identify if you are an empath, explain what that means for you personally and what your purpose is on Earth.  We also cover how to protect your energy and not let others drain you – you will become the highest energy in the room influencing others in a positive way.  This is a powerful and life changing course which hundreds of our students have taken and gone on to live anxiety and pain free, purposeful lives where they help others to do the same.

Raising Your Vibration

You will learn how to keep your vibration high so that you can live more in the 5D (and beyond!) If you feel like you wake up feeling amazing and by the time you get outside in the world you feel exhausted and drained, perhaps even full of anxiety and pain. This is due to you not being able to maintain a higher vibration and allowing everyone else energies to deplete (or steal!) yours, leaving your own battery flat all day. Empaths are here to raise the vibration of others and the planet, we are not meant to live a life running on empty and being chronically ill and anxious.   With practice, you can learn how to protect yourself and then how to use this to help others.
