Sam holds a First Class Honours Degree in Integrative Health – it’s brand new in the UK and designed to prepare people for the future of healthcare.  An army of therapists and coaches will be required, this is your call to action, not only to free yourself from the system, but to join the mission.  Ever increasing tablets and vaccines can no longer be relied upon to solve any and all matters of health.  Instead we need to visit the root cause of many health issues and begin with low intensity and non invasive treatments which allow us to support healing in a way that is gentle but with long term effectiveness.

Many diseases begin due to ‘dis-ease’ in the body – our lives are filled with stress and anxiety and these heavy emotions day after day put a toll on our system.  Thomas Szaz said, there is no such thing as mental illness there is only problems in living.  It’s not our health that needs to be fixed, it’s our lives.  By taking better care of our mental and physical health before a serious issue, we can remain healthy with minimal intervention.  It will be your role as an Integrative Health Therapist to offer therapy which supports this outcome.

We’re holding an immersive week long training school delivering our Integrative Health Diploma for the very first time.  The immersive will be held in the Heart Chakra of  Earth, Glastonbury.  Not only will you gain 5 accredited courses, but you will be able to spend your free time exploring and opening your heart to the healing energies of Glastonbury.  Stock up on crystals, books, and other tools of the trade.  Visit a sacred site.  Enjoy an ‘out there’ treatment.  Attend a meditation or sound bath.  This is an opportunity not only for deep learning and personal development, but for spiritual growth and some ‘you time’ too.

– Accredited Massage Therapist 

In this Level 3 accredited course we will assist you in becoming a LifeHeal Massage Therapist.  This  course will take you through all the basics of massage incorporating our own unique style. As with all our courses, we include a strong spiritual essence throughout which will enable you to offer a completely different experience to your clients. Using a combination of online theory and a practical workshops spread over two days we will gradually build your skills and knowledge until you feel confident and ready to carry out a full body massage.

– Accredited Fascia Practitioner

Our fascia course is an introduction to how you as a therapist can offer your clients a deeper level of healing. Fascia, also known as connective tissue, holds together the entire body, from the organs, to the blood vessels, to the muscles. When the body experiences trauma, the fascia restricts which can cause poor posture, pain, and trapped emotion. Using a series of gentle manipulations you will facilitate the releasing of the fascia leading to a deep sense of wellbeing and increased flexibility for your client.

– Accredited Reflexology  

Discover the healing power of touch with our Reflexology course, tailored for therapists who want to deepen their practice. – Accredited Wellbeing Facial   

This accredited course combines the benefits of skincare while using the medium of energy to bring about relaxation and healing.  The LifeHeal Wellbeing Facial is a perfect standalone treatment for therapists which will sit nicely alongside massage, reiki, and other energy healing modalities on your treatment menu.  Sam & Erica are both ESPA trained in advanced facials and have worked hard to design this course so that you can confidently offer your clients a 5 star experience.

– Accredited Indian Head Massage Therapy 

In this accredited course we will assist you in becoming a LifeHeal Indian Head Massage Practitioner.  This course will take you through all you need to know about Indian Head Massage whilst incorporating our own unique style.
