Empowering Empaths, LifeHeal  is run by Erica Dale & Sam Hastings, who both believe in lifelong learning and are currently undertaking their own advanced studies in Psychology & Integrated Health, respectively.

Sam & Erica are both qualified therapists & Reiki Masters.  Sam is an integrative health specialist and focuses on bodywork. Erica is a qualified life coach and focuses on the mind.  Together they have been running LifeHeal for 8 years.
